A player thiks his ball unfit for cheap golf irons play, but his opponent or fellow-competitor disagrees. If there is no referee or Committee member available for a ruling, may the player substitute another ball, regardless of the disagreement from the opponent or fellow-competitor?

Yes.

In match play, if the opponent then makes a claim to the Committee, and the latter approves of the former's claim after examination of the original ball,TaylorMade Burner Plus Irons then the player would lose the hole. Otherwise, the result of the hole would stand as played.

In either form of play, if a player wants to replace an unfit ball, before the Committee examines the unfit ball he must ensure that the condition of the TaylorMade Burner Tour Irons ball he considered unfit for play is remained. Otherwise, the Committee should judge that the player has breached the rules: in match play he would lose the hole while in stroke play he must incur two penalty strokes.
