Who can recommend a TV tuner? I don't want WinTV.

Who can recommend a TV tuner? I don't want WinTV. WinTV is not worthy of it's price. I heard that TBS or Tevii are also very good and prices are reasonble, anyboy uses their products before? I'm planning to buy next month when I have to take a business trip. During that time, I can watch TV on my latop, I think.
